Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Group

Research suggests that children, like adults, can learn to manage their stress and anxieties with mindfulness skills. We are very excited about launching a mindfulness based stress reduction group therapy programme for school aged children. The aim will be to help children learn mindfulness skills to help them manage their anxiety and every day stress. Please contact us if you would like more information on this group.
